Idea to Impact is our most important foundational program. Practical workshops and your homework is (mainly) to learn from potential customers. Learn and practice the key skills, develop your project and work in a cohort of exciting founders. Hope to see another group of ambitious energised founders in the workshops!

10 years since Nick McNaughton called me and asked if I'd be willing to be a mentor in the first Griffin cohort. I've learned so much seeing the program and the projects evolve. Looking forward to cohort 11!

Echoing Petr Adámek's thoughts I want to emphasise how much we thank you all for being the people who take action. Innovation needs action. Founders, team members, mentors, investors, administrators, advisors, board members, early adopting customers, developers, product builders, and every other role all of you contribute to the big project of building a positive future through innovation. I'm really proud to be part of a team at Canberra Innovation Network supporting you with high quality engagements but very aware that you all do the really important part. !00 first wednesday events is a nice milestone to celebrate, reflect and most important be thankful. Thanks.

This event will be exciting for anyone who wants to see the next emerging projects from the research world. Whether you're an investor wants to find who is on the horizon or a researcher considering if/how to create more value than publications from your innovative ideas, this event will be interesting to you I believe. Also typically some awesome people to network in the audience including Poppy.

About to kick of day 2 of SME Accelerator, yesterday's highlight was Jarrod Deaton session on leadership and accountability. He was so open and authentic but also insightful, I took 2 pages of notes. Thanks Jarrod! Key theme was looking after yourself first to then be the leader your business needs able to set high standards and work with the complexity of business. This is part of our SME program https://cbrin.com.au/sme well done Shashank Bokil Irene Zhen and whole Canberra Innovation Network team for putting this together. Looking forward to participants continuing the work of finding ways to improve their business based on new insights into what's holding them back, how to change things to make time available to focus on growth, new ways of looking at sales, marketing, metrics and more which will hopefully lead into a plan for real actions.
